All veteran, military personnel, and their dependents must complete an application for admissions and meet the requirements outlined for either transfer or freshman students.
If you have served or are currently serving, you are required to submit your military transcripts when you apply for admission.

Dedicated certifying officials in the Registrar's office are available to assist ISU's veteran and military-affiliated students with questions about GI Bill benefits.
In-state tuition eligibility: Contact the Registrar's office for in-state tuition eligibility. Changes to this federal policy can happen frequently. The Registrar's certifying officials will have the most updated information.
FAFSA and scholarships: Even if you are eligible to use the GI Bill, complete the free FAFSA form to qualify for scholarships and other aid. Be sure to apply by the priority deadline to be considered for all of the scholarships and aid you are eligible for, but you can apply after the deadline.
